The new Honda CB 500 F, has better styling and adjustable suspension. We tested this motorcycle when it was first launched and think its the perfect machine for a Thailand or Laos motorcycle tour. We would have no problems taking this on a China motorcycle tour either.

The Kawasaki Versys has been around for a while now and has been proven to be a great touring motorcycle. They would have no problem on one of our China motorcycle tours with any of the terrain.
The Kawasaki Versys 650 makes for a great touring bike. It has an upright seating position making big days not tiring.
Another good option we use for our motorcycle tours is the Honda CB 500 X. It has a good riding position for bigger tours. We have taken these motorcycles on our Mongolia motorcycle tours before with no problems, they proved they are up to the job.
The Suzuki V Strom 650 is available for our motorcycle tours at a small premium. It might be one of the best touring motorcycles out there, especially what is available to us here. Great suspension for eating up the potholes & long days not a problem

For long distance Thailand or Laos off road motorcycle tours, we also have Suzuki DRZ 400‘s. These have been modified with kick start kit, making them a bullet proof off road tour bike. For big off road tours, because of the long service intervals and proven reliability, these are the perfect balance of performance for covering big distances.
